Welcome Beaumont & Co.

 

Our newest member, Sean Court of Beaumont & Co., is no stranger to the business world. Raised in Charlottetown, Sean and his siblings were involved in an advertising company their parents owned and operated – helping them develop the b2b skills needed to thrive in today’s market.

In 2015, Sean and his brother James started their own business producing custom exhibits and displays, to help companies streamline their trade show and event marketing needs throughout Canada, the US and further abroad. Beaumont & Co. designs, manufactures, installs and manages display projects for trade shows, conventions, commercial spaces and outdoor events.

Although the company began just under three years ago, they’ve been hard at work making connections in the region, and internationally. Beaumont & Co. actively participates in Halifax Partnership initiatives, and in 2016, they received the Youth Employer of the Year award for Small Business at the Game Changers event. In 2017, the company was also awarded bronze for the New Business of the Year award by the Halifax Chamber of Commerce.

Sean says there are many learning curves with being a young entrepreneur, but the key to success is never thinking they know it all. Hiring experts, building relationships and asking questions are crucial for growth. The Court family values continual education and are always eager to learn new ways to improve their business, and themselves. Over the past two years, their offerings have expanded, but their focus remains the same: dependability, uniqueness and customer service. Beaumont & Co. also recently launched a portable displays division www.exhibitsdisplays.ca.
