Leading Change Training

In an age where change is happening at a rate faster than any other time in history, strong change management skills are critical for many organizations. In today’s workplaces, change is constant and organizations must evolve and adapt in order to grow and prosper. This means introducing new processes, technologies, business strategies and ways of thinking.

Many businesses acknowledge that their change projects did not go as planned or were more challenging to implement than originally anticipated.  This is despite selecting the proper course of action and a well-developed Project Plan. The number one reported challenge is underestimating or mismanaging the people side of change.

In this course you will be provided with information on various approaches to change, tools to assess employees’ readiness for change and strategies to address resistance to change.  You will be able to use the knowledge gained to improve your ability to lead change and deliver more constantly on positive results.
