An Exclusive FBA Event –
The second session of our Generation to Generations (G2G) event is happening on April 4, 2024 and is uniquely designed to bridge the generational divide in family businesses.
In our first session, held on March 4, we delved into the challenges of The Seacrest Family of WTF! – Waves, Tides and Fun! – on e of the leading recreational marine companies in the Halifax region. Participants went into separate breakout rooms to discuss this fictitious family business case where their confidential and anonymous conversations and responses were captured and analyzed, forming the basis of an enlightening panel discussion for this event.
Join us for this session featuring a panel of experts who will explore the major themes that emerged from the case study discussion – but are in fact relevant to any family enterprise. What are the top issues the Seacrest Family faces and what solutions could the family consider to bridge the generations that would help to build WTF! and create family harmony?
Go to our ‘Events’ page at the top of our website to learn more and to REGISTER TODAY! While you’re at it, check out FBA in the News for articles from our Advisory Committee Chair Robert Patzelt, ICD.D, KC, that reflect the mission of our G2G event.
Got a minute? FBA is collecting data on family businesses in contribution to the event. Fill out this quick survey here and let us know what you think are the top issues facing family businesses today!
