Lisa Burnie, GBA, is an Employee Benefits Consultant with 12+ years experience in the industry. Since completing the GBA with the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, Lisa has worked with business owners, CEO’s, CFO’s and Human Resources to develop sustainable wellness plans to meet the goals of their total employee compensation package as well as attract and retain employees.

Lisa helps build strategies for cost reduction that are integrated into the wellness directives of the company, while maintaining employee satisfaction. She maintains strong relationships in working for
her clients and being the liaison with the insurance carrier. She has worked with industries such as seafood, woodlands and health / wellness in helping to develop association. Lisa also works with multi-
level organizations with tiered group plans that are designed to meet the needs of a complex workforce.
