André Boudreau is an Audit and Assurance Group partner in the Halifax office of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. He leads the firm’s eastern Canada Energy practice and oversees the Integrated Solution Services (ISS) group in the Maritimes.
He brings more than 25 years of audit experience to entrepreneurs, public companies and private corporations in various industries.
André prides himself on getting actively involved with his clients’ business, making him a valued business advisor with experience in the following areas: governance, financial forecasting, public offerings, the merger and acquisition process, accounting, tax and financial planning. He also oversees the audit engagement process dealing directly with boards, audit committees and management.
In the energy sector, André is very familiar with the Gas Distribution and Royalty Regulations and Act as he is the engagement partner on a number of the large oil and gas projects in the Maritimes including many of the supply companies to these projects and not-for-profit organizations servicing the energy industry.
A member of Nova Scotia’s and New Brunswick’s Institute of Chartered Accountants, André brings his professional expertise to his community. He is treasurer with his local church and a member of the Offshore/Onshore Technologies Association of Nova Scotia and Granite Springs Golf Course. He was also past co-chair and treasurer of Halifax’s Discovery Centre.
